Pricing Guide

See our standard notary, travel, and apostille rates across Santa Clarita and nearby cities.

A neatly arranged notary workstation on a dark walnut desk, with a crisp stack of legal-size documents partially filled out, a heavy brass notary seal press open and ready, an inked embosser, and a deep blue journal labeled “Notary Record Book” in silver foil. A modern smartphone rests beside a sleek black pen and a small bottle of rich blue ink. Soft natural daylight from an unseen window to the left washes across the scene, creating gentle shadows and subtle reflections on the desk’s polished surface. Photographic realism at eye-level, with a shallow depth of field that softly blurs the background of tidy shelving and legal binders, conveying a professional, trustworthy, and organized atmosphere suitable for a mobile notary homepage hero image.

About

California Notary Fees, Explained Simply

California law limits notary charges, but mobile travel, printing, and wait time may be extra; we outline everything upfront and confirm your total before you sign.

The interior of a clean, well-maintained mid-size sedan viewed from the open rear door, focusing on a mobile notary setup spread neatly across the seat. A slim gray briefcase lies open, revealing color-coded folders labeled “POA,” “Apostille,” and “Medical Directive,” along with a compact scanner, stamp, and legal pads. A small clipboard with clipped forms rests upright against the seatback. Late afternoon natural light filters through the windows, creating soft highlights on the leather upholstery and papers. Shot in photographic realism from a slightly elevated angle, with sharp detail in the car interior and a gently blurred suburban neighborhood outside, the mood is calm, efficient, and dependable, emphasizing the convenience of a notary who travels to the client.
